With the vision to promote Skill development through the “Skill India Mission”, Ajitaaksh Ventures Pvt. Ltd.(AVPL) aims to align the competencies of the pre-existing workforce to the standardized framework. RPL training enables youths to take on industry-relevant skill certification which helps them to secure a better livelihood.  The candidates are assessed and certified under the RPL component of PMKVY in job roles of Assistant Mason, Assistant Shuttering Carpenter, Mason General, Assistant Electrician, Two Shaft Handloom Weaver, Jacquard Handloom Weaver, Retail Sales Associate, Housekeeping cum Cook, General Housekeeper, Processing Technician–Rubber Sheeting, LetexHarvest Technician, and Rubber Tyre Fitter,Piggery Farmer, Goat Faemer, Plumber General,Small Poultry Farmer. Till date, we have trained 66560nos. of beneficiaries under this program,initiated by Assam Skill Development Mission(ASDM), Govt Of Assam;Jal Jeevan Mission, PHE, Assam(JJM); Directorate of Skill Development, Govt. of Tripura;Directorate of Employment and Craftsmen Training, Govt. of Meghalaya; Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Vikas Yojana (PMKVY); National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC); Rubber Chemical and Petrochemical Skill Development Council (RCPSDC) and Domestic Workers Sector Skill Council (DWSSC).
